Make It to the Mat Yoga, Series 2

If you’re having trouble finding the motivation or time for self-care right now, you’re not alone. In these unusual times, a regular home yoga practice boost our immune systems, keeps us physically active, and quiets our anxious minds… but it can seem harder than ever to make that space!

Show up for yourself with a little help from Ellie – wear your PJs or whatever makes you comfortable (within reason!), bring your tea or coffee, use every tool at your disposal to help yourself get moving and build a healthy habit. Join Ellie Maclin in this gentle yoga class for all levels by either using the video at your convenience or joining Ellie live at 6:00 am on Thursday mornings for five weeks via Zoom. Classes will be roughly 45 minutes.

In addition to the videos, Ellie will provide a printout of the asanas from each class. These classes will encourage your own understanding of yoga, with the tools to help you continue a home practice after the close of the series.

The Details

Vimeo video access will be available after the class airs live. Only the instructor is recorded. This is for those who won’t be joining us crazy early, and because Ellie recommends going through the sequence two or three times per week, with or without the video as you become comfortable with the series of yoga postures. Use each class more than once to deepen your practice.

A $20 fee covers the five-week series for live class and/or video replay. Our free sample intro was offered on May 21, 2020. The video and its introductions are available in this Vimeo Showcase. The next introductory class will take place on July 9.
